Frequently Asked Questions About Our Company

Does your company have an office or designated location to meet at?

We prefer to meet with our clients in person in most situations, but we actually don’t rent office space.  We’ve found that, while having one might make a good impression, it’s a bummer to spend even more of your limited time sitting in offices.  We meet our clients at their place of work so we can catch a glimpse of their world, at other local small businesses where we can grab a bite or a drink and support the small business community, or even outside when they simply need a breath of fresh air.  Why should you have to pay extra for us to have a building you don’t need and that we don’t want?

How soon can I expect to hear back from you?

Whenever possible, we like to get back to you on the same business day you reach out, as we understand that time is always of the essence.  Just be safe, we ask that you give us 48 hours just in case you have a particularly tough question or we’re on a deadline.  If for some reason you don’t hear back by then, let us know so we can straighten things out and make it up to you.

I don't like spam calls or emails. If I use your contact forms, will my information stay secure?

Absolutely.  We don’t like spammy stuff either, so we never sell, exchange, or otherwise distribute your information to any third parties.  We also won’t automatically start sending you marketing materials, announcements, or new articles if you put your email in here – if you want that service, head over to our Tips, Tricks, & Insights sections and subscribe there.

Do you work with clients who are outside of the Greater Denver Metro Area?

Yes, we will do our best to help any business owner or manager who could use our assistance.  Again, we prefer to meet our clients in person, but we are happy to over long-distance service over the phone or a voice or video app.  We’ll even come visit you if you’ll chip in for the travel costs, whether you’re in Gunnison or on the other side of the country!

Can I speak with the business owner directly?

You bet!  Viktor, the owner, enjoys interacting directly with our clients and the business community generally.  Anytime you call the standard number, there’s a good chance you’ll be taking your question or request straight to the top.

I'm a potential partner/supplier/employee. Is there a separate number or email I should use to contact you?

No, we like to keep things simple and streamlined.  Please read below for instructions.

For potential partners, we’d prefer that you send an email with:

  • a link to your website (or Google My Business profile if you don’t have a website)
  • your preferred email and phone number for us to get back to you
  • a brief description of what you do, how you do it, and what we can do for you

For potential employees, please send us an email with:

  • your attached resume in PDF format
  • a brief introduction to who you are as a person, not just on paper, in the body of the email.
  • No limit on resume length, no cover letter required.

For potential suppliers, please give us a call and feel free to leave a voice message if we don’t get to you.  We have a pretty good gauge on exactly what we need, but we’ll hear you out as long as you are willing to take an honest “no” for an answer.
